    Computers can be very tricky, it's my goal to educate and help those that do not know all that much about them. For one, you want to get to know your computer. When I say get to know your computer, I mean that you should know what your computer is doing at all times. Know how long it's supposed to take to open a program, web page, or just browsing around and looking for the neat things on your computer, in which I will say, they can do some pretty neat things. When it starts acting a little different then it's time to do something. You can diagnose it for yourself but you really need to understand how your computer works. That's where guys like me come in. I will try to explain some easy things so that you (the consumer) might be more orientated when it comes to computers. So that you can get controll over your system!!
